Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year plus 10% bonus

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join a growing team. Reporting to the Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing core accounting functions, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. This position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable: Oversee full-cycle AP, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and vendor reconciliations.
  

• Corporate Credit Card Program: Manage card issuance, spending limits, and policy compliance.
  

• Month-End Close: Assist in reviewing the monthly expense package and contribute to the close process.
  

• Fixed Assets: Manage asset recording and depreciation schedules.
  

• Lease Accounting: Ensure accurate lease recording and Right-of-Use (ROU) asset depreciation in accordance with ASC standards.
  

• Expense Analysis & Reporting: Analyze expenses, identify trends, and prepare management reports.
  

• Intercompany Accounting: Handle intercompany transactions, invoicing, reconciliation, and eliminations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-location or high-growth environment.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  

• Experience with accounting software (Sage is a plus).
