Kelly is hiring a Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry; we are seeking a motivated self-starter who is proficient with computers to assist in the warranty claims process. you! please email resume to Marb621@kellyservices.com - Job Type: Temp to Hire - Pay Rate: $17-19/hour (based on experience) - Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm Roles and Responsibilities: - Assist in the warranty claims process for automotive products. - Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturers to negotiate warranty payouts. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of warranty claims. - Collaborate with warranty technicians to streamline administrative tasks. - Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and communications. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and manufacturers. Qualifications & Skills: - A level customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. - Proficient in computer skills and familiar with relevant software. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. - Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in administrative roles preferred but not required. |
