Location: Downtown Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $23–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm or 8:00am–5:00pm (8-hour shifts)
Employment Type: Temporary (3–4 months, covering maternity leave)
Start Date: Approximately May 1, 2025
Our client, a well-established organization headquartered in downtown Fort Worth, is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support their A/R and collections team during a temporary leave. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy finance department and gain valuable experience with a respected company.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing A/R collections processes, including daily posting of customer bank deposits

Generating A/R reports using Excel and Microsoft D365

Communicating with customers about balances and payments via phone and email

Supporting new customer credit evaluations (D&B checks, reference gathering, etc.)

Assisting with vendor credit applications in coordination with the purchasing team

Handling routine insurance tasks, such as certificate of insurance and auto ID card requests

Providing support for the leased vehicle fleet, including gas card payment confirmation and maintenance tracking

You’re comfortable navigating Excel and ideally have experience with Microsoft D365
