Job Summary:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Receptionist! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced medical environment. Job Specifications:
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Rate: $20/Hour
Shift: Monday – Wednesday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
– Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
– Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
– Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
– Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
– Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
– Support the team in creating a positive patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus.
– Proven experience as a medical receptionist or similar role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in using office software and medical management systems.
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
