Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Pinellas Park
Rate of Pay: $14.50 per hour
Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Description:
As a Production Technician, you will focus on one of the following areas, with potential for cross-training in the future:
- Surfacing:
- Machine Operator: Prepare and operate automated machines in the surfacing process, including tapers, generators, polishers, laser engravers, deblockers, detapers, and spin coaters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and motivate others to follow work instructions.
- Complete equipment calibration and setup; promptly communicate any maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
- Identify and inform the Supervisor of quality, process, and workflow problems.
- Actively participate in team meetings and share information with the Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area; notify the Supervisor of potential safety/health issues.
- Support management decisions and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
- Criminal background check and a 5-panel drug screen are required.
