   Document Control Specialist 

About the Opportunity:

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist seeking a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? Kelly has a fantastic opportunity for a Document Control Specialist at a leading medical diagnostics company in Lodi, CA. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support of the manual document control system filling copy requests, document issuance, and filing, and resolution of issues as necessary

  • Control and organization of paper records, both active on site and off site archives

  • Provide timely manner responses, task fulfillment

  • Answer to wide variety of request related to document control

  • Record request activities with in electronic Work Ticket system, via email and telephone from a group of associates employed locally and worldwide

Requirements:

  • High School Degree with 1 year related work experience

  • Experience in compiling data to support monthly metrics

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with various departments within the company

  • MS Office, Electronic Documentation Systems

Desirable Experience:

  • Agile knowledge is a Plus

  • Experience in the Medical Products industry

Additional Information:

This is an onsite temporary role with typical business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Lodi, CA location.
