What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
– Coaching safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met through standardized work practices.
– Monitoring Andon occurrences and acting as the first responder for secondary support.
– Utilizing process confirmation to verify that the production line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety.
– Possess Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred) and are committed to continuous improvement.
– Can effectively administer the collective bargaining agreement and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
