Inventory Control Specialist – Production (Day Shift)

Job Summary

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will manage the flow of materials, products, and services.  You will play a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products while minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems.  This includes establishing reorder points, managing safety stock levels, and working closely with suppliers to ensure consistent availability of essential materials

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.  You will work with teams across production, warehousing, and shipping to ensure a seamless flow of goods.

  • Analyze inventory data and identify areas for improvement.  You will leverage your analytical skills to optimize inventory levels, minimize holding costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Work Schedule:  Day shift, Monday-Friday 5am to 5pm (subject to production start times)

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Pay Range: $21.50/hr
