Schedule: Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $21–$22/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Keep an eye on customer freight to catch and resolve issues early.
- Suggest smart changes as freight volumes go up or down.
- Use tech tools to analyze service hiccups and find solutions.
- Collaborate with leaders, teams, and customers to get things done right.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of customer service experience is a plus!
- Clear, confident communication skills — written and spoken.
- Strong multitasking ability and a sharp attention to detail.
