Location: Windsor, CT
Pay: $58,240/yr (1st Shift)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test Technician to join our team in Windsor, CT. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a steady 1st shift schedule, competitive pay, and a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tests on electronic components and assemblies using test equipment

Troubleshoot and identify defects in components and assemblies

Document test results and generate reports

Maintain accurate records of all testing activities

Work independently and collaboratively with the team

Adhere to safety regulations and procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
1+ year of experience in a test technician role
-
Strong understanding of electronic principles and testing methods
-
Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
