Marketing Coordinator – Hybrid | Brea, CA
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour (DOE)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hybrid Schedule: Work from home on Mondays and Fridays; in-office Tuesday through Thursday

Kelly® is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Brea, CA!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual with a background in social media management and administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected company and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns.

What you’ll do as a Marketing Coordinator:

  • Collaborate with the Design team to submit creative requests


  • Assist Marketing Managers with planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns


  • Help process marketing invoices and track expenses


  • Maintain a current inventory and directory of sales and marketing support materials


  • Ensure all marketing resources are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible


Tools & Software Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Design Tools: Canva, Adobe Express


  • Email Marketing Platforms: HubSpot, MailChimp, Brevo


  • Social Media Management: Sprout Social, Hootsuite


  • Project Management Tools: Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Slack


You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field highly preferred)


  • Bring at least 2 years of relevant marketing or administrative experience


  • Are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


  • Have strong organizational and communication skills


  • Can quickly learn and navigate new business systems
