Kelly Science is seeking an Overnight Quality Assurance Engineer to join a growing team located in Eau Claire, WI.
Salary: $70,000-73,000/year + a $4,800 annual shift differential
Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule 6pm-6am
Employment Type: Full Time; Direct Hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead/Participate in initiatives to drive continuous quality improvements.
- Employ data analysis techniques and improvement tools for enhancements.
- Review and approve documents like deviations, annual product reports, and planned deviations.
- Conduct initial risk assessments of Quality events.
- Collaborate with operations, laboratory, engineering, and maintenance teams to create action plans.
- Evaluate and implement strategies to maintain or improve product and process quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related scientific field
- 2+ years of experience working within an FDA regulated environment
- Strong understanding of continuous improvements, root cause analysis, cGMP and US FDA regulations.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP systems.
