Overview:
Kelly Services is hiring an Office Administrator for our client in Anchorage. This role is crucial for supporting administrative and financial operations, maintaining shareholder records, and assisting executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance and Administration (DF&A) and President/CEO.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including payroll processing and financial reconciliation.
- Manage shareholder relations, including database maintenance and communication.
- Oversee office and facilities management, addressing equipment and technology needs.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative or financial roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay Range:
$27-$33/hr (DOE)
