Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Aurora, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay:19.00hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm-3am OT Friday If Needed

Kelly Services is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring products meet all quality and production standards. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping operations smooth and products precise. Do you have experience in CNC, Laser, or Press Brake experience. APPLY TODAY !

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and tools according to safety guidelines and production standards

  • Complete equipment set-ups per customer specs and internal quality procedures

  • Inspect parts for quality and document findings as required

  • Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper working condition

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations

  • Return all tools to their designated places daily

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic machine operation and maintenance knowledge

  • Ability to read blueprints and production instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

  • Basic math skills

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine issues

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
