We’re seeking an Entry-Level Credentialing Associate to work in an opportunity with a top client in Richardson, TX .We’re here to help you find something great that works for you—so you won’t miss a moment of what really matters in your life.
Location: Richardson, TX
Pay: $17.00/HR
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite - Hours of Training will be 7:30AM to 4:00PM (Break – two 15’s and a 30min lunch)


Overview:
This position starts fully onsite with approximately 12 weeks of structured training. After training, you will have the option to work on a flexible schedule but will remain on site


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review applications for completeness.

  • Access and maintain data in a computer database.

  • Audit providers credentials and licenses, ensuring they are legally authorized for their roles.

  • Prepare and maintain reports related to credentialing activities such as accreditation, membership, and facility privileges.

  • Monitor renewal dates and guide staff on the steps needed to maintain their credentials.

  • Utilize multiple software applications simultaneously.

  • Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other computer software.

What This Position is NOT:

  • A data entry role.

  • A customer service position (no phone calls from members).

Job Specific Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience: Credentialing experience preferred.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus but not required.

  • Professional Experience: At least 1 year of office clerical, medical, or insurance claims experience.

  • Skills:

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

  • Solid computer skills, including basic typing and toolbar navigation.

  • Strong data entry skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Independent decision-making ability.

  • Experience in database management.

  • Ability to sit for long periods.
