Hours are 8-4:30pm and pay is based on experience, $20-25/hr.

What’s a typical day as an Expeditor? You’ll be:
• Knowledgeable of the production schedule on a daily basis
• Following up with any expedited motor repair, ensuring on time shipment
• Creating schedule for following day on job priority with emphasis of what needs to be accomplished on that day – will need to work closely with sales and shop supervisors
• Daily handling approvals (Scheduling and delivering Pick Tickets to Shipping Clerk)
• Assisting with setting up time tracking and scheduling
• Providing complete and correct costing for repairs in a timely manner
• Maintaining daily BOM and motor Repair Order Costing
• Tracking all warranty claims and assisting with the documentation and follow up procedure for corrective action for all warranty claims
• Assisting with pictures to document Repair Orders and in the specification and sourcing of any second sourcing of items
• Issuing Surplus Inventory to Repair Orders and determining action for inventory that is left over after job is completed
• Coordinating and processing conversions for motors and processing conversion paperwork, including conversion form
• Assisting in sales as needed and backing up if needed in Customer Service
• Participating in projects, maintaining list of projects on white board in shop, dedicating the time to study and know the technical aspects of our products, and participating in removing obstacles in the motor repair process

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in scheduling, repair processing and logistics
• Are knowledgeable of BOM (Bills of Material) and costing
• Have experience in inventory management
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Have a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
