What’s a typical day as a Senior Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

  • Handling and strengthening relationships with Schneider’s customers

  • Processing and monitoring customer orders efficiently

  • Managing freight solicitation and negotiating market rates

  • Monitoring customer freight to identify issues and recommend adjustments

  • Using technology to analyze service issues and trends for solution development

  • Collaborating closely with leaders, teams, and customers

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (must-have)

  • Bring at least one year of customer service experience (preferred)

  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills
