Job Title: Entry-Level Production Associate
Location: Fargo, ND
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday
2nd Shift: 3:25pm – 1:55am, Monday – Thursday
Pay Rate: $15.00 + .50 cent shift differential
Are you looking to get your foot in the door with a growing manufacturing team? We’re hiring Entry-Level Production Associates to support various hands-on roles within our clients PVC pipe production process. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
As a Production Associate, you’ll support various parts of the manufacturing process:
- Working with your hands to help build, shape, or prepare pipe parts
- Using simple machines or tools (training provided!) to heat and form materials
- Keeping materials stocked and organized for the team
- Following instructions to complete tasks safely and correctly
- Helping clean up your work area at the end of each shift
- Recording your work so we can track production and quality
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions, warning labels, and postings
- Able to measure accurately to within 1/8 inch
- Able to count and keep track of parts
- Must be able to walk between workstations carrying products of various weights
