Position: Field Repair Technician
Location: Fairfield, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00/HR

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire


Position Overview: 

This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You’ll respond to service calls and perform high-quality repairs in a variety of environments, including clinics, schools, care homes, and customer homes. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to service calls and perform quality repairs across multiple environments

  • Assemble seating, mobility, ADL (Activities of Daily Living), and home accessibility equipment to factory/clinical specifications

  • Deliver and install equipment while ensuring fit, instruction, and customer satisfaction

  • Provide support to Rehab Technology Specialists and branch/field leadership

  • Perform inventory control and assist with stock management for custom and standard orders

Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel locally as needed
