What’s a typical day as an Escrow Assistant? You’ll be:
• Assisting in the preparation and management of escrow files, ensuring all documents are balanced and accurate.
• Handling high-volume real estate title work, including collections and simple litigation tasks.
• Utilizing software such as Excel and Timeslips to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in title work, escrow operations, banking, or legal environments—previous roles as a Title Officer or Escrow Officer are preferred.
• Possess strong skills in Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, and Excel, with a focus on numbers and bookkeeping.
• Are available to work in-office from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a hectic yet rewarding atmosphere.
