Schedule: Full-Time | Shift-Based | Entry-Level Friendly – all schedule are subject to mandatory OT on Saturdays and Sundays during inventory and if department is behind
1st shift: 6AM-2PM Mon-Fri
2nd shift: 2PM-10PM Mon-Fri
3rd shift:10PM-6AM Mon-Fri

Position Summary
We are seeking multiple Refinery Production Operators to join our Refining Division. In this role, you will support the processing, preparation, and distribution of materials used to refine precious metals. You will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of processing equipment, ensuring proper handling of materials, and assisting in the production of refined and finished goods for shipment.
Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move materials throughout the refinery process.

Set up anodes and monitor electrolyte conditions in processing cells.

Operate and maintain refinery systems including scrubbers, pumps, evaporators, and distribution equipment.

Perform chemical handling, reaction monitoring, and production process support under supervision.

Complete documentation including weight verification and process tracking.

Assist in equipment upkeep, probe calibration, and filter replacements.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Operate forklifts, mixers, hoists, sandblasters, ovens, and other powered tools safely and efficiently.

Follow all regulatory, safety, and environmental guidelines as trained.
Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: At least 1 year in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. Will train the right candidate with strong potential.

Skills:

Strong math and English literacy.

Ability to complete detailed work with accuracy and care.

Good mechanical aptitude and comfort with chemical handling.

Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and working in physically demanding conditions.

Familiarity with electroplating or metallurgical processes is a plus.
-
Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.
Work Environment
This position involves frequent standing, bending, lifting, and other physical activity in an industrial environment. Operators are exposed to a variety of materials and must adhere strictly to safety and environmental procedures.
