Schedule & Pay:
• Schedule – Several shift options available, night & weekend shifts with differentials
Day Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:30pm OR
Monday-Thursday 4:00am- 3:00pm
Night Shift: Monday- Thursday 3:00pm-2:00am
Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 4:00am-4:00pm
• Pay – Negotiable for the right candidate, based on licensing, skills, and experience
What You’ll Do:
In this hands-on role you will play a crucial role in all electrical work completed with a manufacturing facility. This work includes pulling wire, bending conduit, interpreting electrical blueprints, and working with control circuitry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and connect electrical components such as receptacles, switches, and motors, while working with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment in alignment with industry standards.
• Perform typical duties of a Construction Electrician, ensuring adherence to project timelines and maintaining high quality standards.
• Prioritize tasks and plan work activities effectively, demonstrating efficient time management to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster teamwork, offer assistance when needed, and respond positively to feedback.
• Maintain a secure work environment by adhering to safe manufacturing and material handling practices and remain flexible to fulfill additional duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, along with a working knowledge of NEC electrical codes and proficient conduit bending skills.
• Experience with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment is preferred, as well as medium voltage and electronics experience.
• Completion of 2nd year electrical apprenticeship or higher-level qualification required, journeyman or master license preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work preferred
• Experience with fabrication/machining desired
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
