Machine Operators needed
Plastic Injection
Possibility for permanent based on attendance and performance

Pay rate $19-22 DOE
Work 6am-230pm, Monday-Friday
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work with precision to exacting tolerances, determining speeds and feeds.
• Sharpen own tools and perform setup and operation of machine tools including lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and grinders.
• Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications and tooling instructions.
• Select, position, and secure tools in tool holders.
• Position and secure workpieces in holding devices, machine tables, chucks, centers, or fixtures.
• Set up fixtures or feeding devices, start machines, and engage feeds.
• Observe machine operations and verify conformance of machined workpieces to specifications.
• Operate bench grinders to sharpen tools.
• Set up and operate other machines and equipment as required.
• May operate molding machines to form sand molds used in metal casting production.
Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to measure parts using micrometers, calipers, or other measuring tools.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to maintain a clean work area to 5S standards.
• Prior shop or mechanical experience is highly desired.
• Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner.
