Join our team as a Credentialing Specialist at a well-known insurance company in Topeka, KS. In this vital role, you will be responsible for enrolling healthcare providers, verifying their credentials, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Snapshot:
– Pay Rate: $19- $20 / hour
– Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM
– Long-term opportunity with possible extensions
Key Responsibilities:
– Enroll healthcare providers into the system.
– Verify and validate credentials of healthcare providers.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records throughout the credentialing process.
– Assist with the credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficient in using computer systems and software for record-keeping.
– Previous experience in credentialing or a related field is preferred.
