Kelly is seeking a Data Entry/Mail Clerk to work at a premier insurance company onsite in Bloomington, IL. We’re here to help you find something great that works for you—so you won’t miss a moment of what really matters in your life

- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
- Temp to hire – NOT a remote position
What’s a typical day as a Data Entry Mail Clerk?
- Receives, opens, sorts, scans and distributes mail and forms internally
- Directs outgoing mail to the Mail Center
- Follows established procedures to appropriately handle and distribute cash/checks, certified mail, registered mail, and returned mail
- Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information from mail, forms and applications
- Maintains database
- May be responsible for internal preparation of applications
- May prepare and deliver documentation to the Imaging Center
- Provides assistance by performing a variety of service and support functions to the department
- Requires good computer skills and data entry/typing skills
This job might be an outstanding fit for you if you have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience.
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Requires strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to actively listen, and ask meaningful probing questions
- Requires strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
