Kelly Services is partnering with a leading company in the packaging industry that specializes in high-quality flexographic printing solutions. They are seeking entry-level Manufacturing Associates to train them to be Machine Operators. This is a great opportunity for those looking to get into a manufacturing!
This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!
Salary:
- $20 – $22/hr
Shift:
- 1st shift: Mon-Thurs | 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Great opportunity for OT pay!

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
- Prepare plates, inks, and substrates according to job specifications.
- Monitor press during production to ensure high-quality output.
- Perform color matching, register adjustments, and quality checks.
- Troubleshoot press issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
Qualifications:
- GED/High School Diploma preferred, but not required
- NO previous flexographic printing press experience required!
- 1-3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Understanding of color theory
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
