In this role, you’ll deliver customer orders from our warehouse using a company vehicle (no CDL required!) while also supporting general warehouse operations. Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule—no weekends or overnight travel required.

  • Schedule Options:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (50% Driving / 50% Material Handling)


  • Pay Rate: $19 per hour

  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

  • Location: Naples, FL

     
    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver products safely and on time to customer locations

    • Provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop

    • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely drop-offs

    • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

    • Load and unload vehicles in accordance with safety standards

    • Accurately receive, pick, pack, label, and stage orders

    • Verify shipment accuracy and inspect product quality

    • Prepare materials for delivery by wrapping or packaging as needed

    • Perform vehicle inspections and maintain delivery logs

    • Adhere to all DOT, safety, and company compliance standards

    • Relay customer feedback and promote company products/services as appropriate

     
    Requirements

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Physically able to perform warehouse and delivery tasks (must pass pre-employment physical)

    • Experience operating warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE

    • Ability to drive vehicles with a GVW of 26,000 lbs. or less

    • Valid state-issued driver’s license required.

    • Steel-toed boots required (ankle-high steel toe boots)

    • CDL is not required, but you must pass a DOT medical exam.
