Temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator
Location: Seneca Falls, NY, United States
Job Type: Temporary (3–6 Month Contract)

Overview:

Join a dynamic team supporting Accounts Payable services across all ITT North American units. As a TEMP AP Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in managing and processing over 260,000 documents annually, ensuring accurate and efficient invoice processing and recordkeeping.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process Accounts Payable transactions for multiple business units


  • Utilize SAP and online tools to handle invoice processing efficiently (SAP experience a plus)


  • Identify and escalate issues when required data is missing, per established processing guidelines


  • Interact with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information for transactions


  • Conduct audits and verifications to maintain data accuracy


  • Assist leadership with process improvements and special projects


  • Embrace lean processing practices to streamline workflows


  • Provide support across all areas of the department


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Associate’s, Associate in Science, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience:

  • 1–5 years in Accounts Payable and/or Customer Service


  • SAP experience is a strong plus


  • Reliable and detail-oriented

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills


  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities


  • Self-starter with multitasking capabilities


  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
