Job Overview:

  • The Delivery Technician will be delivering deployments to various customers within the campus and would also include systems being picked up for service and returning systems after service is complete.

  • As a Delivery Technician & the face of the team, able to be courteous of customers and face to face interactions when fulfilling requests.

  • Basic physical screening for Service Requests with proper log of information found in system of record (ERP Software).

  • Delivering various systems to customers.

  • Picking up and delivering systems based on customers submitted requests.

  • Ensuring that all daily schedules and work assignments are properly completed.

  • Reporting work completion or status of uncompleted assignments.

  • Ensuring that all work is conducted in an efficient, quality, and professional manner.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.

  • Following all SAS operating procedures.

  • Complying with all safety rules, regulations, and training and maintaining safe working conditions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to navigate through busy hallways with a large and heavy carts, being cautious and respectful of others passing by.

  • Able to follow floor maps for a large campus.

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.).

  • Able to work in a team environment.

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills. Able to communicate with team and shift focus of requests based on priority.
