Payrate: $22.80/hr
Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Thursday 5:30 am – 4:00 pm
Location: Redmond, WA – Onsite
What’s a typical day as an Assembler? You’ll be:
- Assembling components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, electrical components, and other related components, to contribute to the completion of a variety of products
- Adhering to safety, quality, and quantity standards
- Following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have the ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
- Can read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English
- Are able to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English
- Adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping and ergonomics practices
- Are willing to participate in workplace organization, cross-training, and teamwork
- Have attention to detail and a propensity to speak up when safety or quality issues occur
- Are motivated to learn new processes, systems, and equipment
- Work well in a diverse setting and can resolve conflicts within a cross-functional team
