Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (OT as needed)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-driven Receiving Clerks to join our 2nd shift warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments of automotive parts and supplies. This is a key position in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to our production and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips

Check for damaged or missing items and report discrepancies to the appropriate department

Use warehouse management software to accurately log received inventory

Label and organize materials for storage or distribution

Maintain a clean and organized receiving area in accordance with safety standards

Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to resolve any inventory issues

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Assist with regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
-
1+ year of warehouse or receiving experience (automotive experience preferred)

Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
