Job Title: Order Picker & Packer – 2nd Shift (E-Commerce Processing)

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Work schedule is Monday through Sunday with two days off during the week (Days off may vary)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker & Packer to join our 2nd shift e-commerce fulfillment team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately selecting and packaging customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts and accessories. This position is essential to our online operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Pick auto parts and accessories from inventory shelves based on customer orders
  

• Double-check item numbers, quantities, and order details for accuracy
  

• Pack products securely and efficiently using appropriate packing materials
  

• Label packages with shipping and tracking information
  

• Maintain a clean and organized packing station
  

• Assist with inventory replenishment and notify supervisor of low stock
  

• Operate handheld scanners and follow order processing systems
  

• Work with team to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines
  

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• 1+ year of order picking/packing or warehouse experience (e-commerce or automotive preferred)
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  

• Basic computer and scanner skills
  

• Team-oriented with good communication and time management skills
