Kelly Science & Clinical has a new temp-to-hire opportunity for a Lab Assistant in Minneapolis, MN! 

A 3 month Temp to Hire Opportunity
Shift: M-F | 8am – 5pm
Pay: $22/hour

Overview: 
The Lab Assistant is responsible for processing raw biological materials for product manufacturing, maintaining and cleaning production equipment and containers, and completing necessary documentation. Additional duties may be performed as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process raw biological materials for product manufacturing.


  • Maintain production equipment and containers.


  • Clean production equipment and containers.


  • Complete necessary paperwork accurately.


  • Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines outlined in the Handbook, AWAIR, Chemical Hygiene, and Exposure Control manuals.


  • Take on additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Willingness and ability to work with blood and blood products.


  • Problem-solving skills with the capacity to evaluate and execute a course of action.


  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks and projects.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for efficient task completion.


  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.


  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.


  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
