Are you passionate about technology and eager to start your career in IT support? We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level IT Support Technician to join our team in Roseau, MN. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for our internal users while gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Pay: $25-28/hr based on experience
$2,500 sign on bonus (paid out incrementally throughout the first year)

This position is ONSITE in Roseau, MN, MUST be able to commute to Roseau, MN
Hours: Monday-Friday Business Hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist users with resolving hardware and software issues.

  • Provide support for operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.

  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in person.

  • Document and track user issues using a ticketing system.

  • Set up new workstations and peripherals for employees.

  • Maintain inventory of computer systems and equipment.

  • Collaborate with the IT team on projects and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Preferred: Associate degree or certification in IT-related fields.

Work Environment

  • Collaborative team setting with opportunities for professional growth.

  • Exposure to a variety of IT tasks and technologies.

  • Onsite support with occasional remote tasks.
