Now Hiring: Stand-Up Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Tracy, CA 9577
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with overtime as required
Pay: $18.25/hour
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join a leading global distributor of IT products & services and help power the world’s technology solutions. We’re looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to grow with an industry leader. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for reliable candidates ready to grow with a fast-paced operation.
Key Duties:
- Receive, pick, pack, and ship products according to company standards
- Safely operate stand-up forklift
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, RF scanners, etc.)
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate clearly and follow directions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Proven experience operating a stand-up forklift
- Strong work ethic and teamwork attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems a plus
