Forklift Operator in Pooler, GA!
Compensation: Earn between $17.50/hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
About Us:
Become part of a wonderful company with a culture that treats employees like family. We are looking for a Forklift Operator with at least one year of experience to join us ASAP!
Your Essential Role:
- Load and unload goods from containers and trailers safely
- Transport goods on pallets or in crates within our vibrant storage facility
- Accurately stack goods in line with inventory control procedures
- Ensure all loads are securely fastened and stable
- Organize and stack empty pallets efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment checks and manage propane tanks
- Remove attachments and waste materials from machinery
- Inspect products thoroughly to ensure they meet our high-quality standards
What You Bring:
- Strong proficiency in math, language, and reading skills
- High attention to detail, ensuring safety and preventing injuries
- Ability to follow detailed equipment operation instructions and maintain accurate records
- Execute tasks accurately, safely, and promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment consistently
- Forklift certification aligned with OSHA standards
- Preferably 1+ years of experience in forklift operation
