Job Description: Industrial Engineer (IE) / Maintenance Technician

Company Overview:
At our facility, we are dedicated to meticulous craftsmanship in the manufacturing of our skincare products. Our batch processing approach ensures each product meets the highest standards of quality, with a strong focus on manual techniques to maintain the integrity of our formulations.

Current Initiatives:
We are currently undertaking two major capital projects aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency:

  1. HVAC System Upgrade:

    • Location: 2000-liter room

    • Purpose: Ensure optimal conditions during production


  2. Cool Storage Warehouse:

    • Purpose: Improve storage capabilities and preserve the quality of our ingredients and finished products

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer (IE) or Maintenance Technician to support these initiatives and ensure the reliability of our operations. The role will be vital in:

  • Managing the calibration schedule

  • Overseeing various reliability tasks

Due to our current IE resource constraints, this addition to our team will help maintain our commitment to excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in industrial engineering or maintenance in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team focused on quality and innovation
