Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to take ownership of office operations and vendor coordination? We’re seeking a Business Support Specialist / Office Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a dynamic work environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping both office administration and technical operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Invoice Processing

Process purchase order requests from goods receipt through invoice approval.

Create and submit purchase requests as needed.

Complete goods receipts and approve invoices upon delivery of parts.

Maintain a detailed log of all POs, including cost centers, delivery dates, and receipts.

Follow up with Accounts Payable on outstanding invoices and ensure timely processing.

Invoice daily work orders and maintain the spares sales log.

Issue credit memos for returned parts and file invoices/packing slips for accurate records.
