What’s a typical day as Technical Training Curriculum Development Lead? You’ll be:
• Managing the Technical Training for dealership technicians through eLearning, distance learning, or in-person classroom environments, following instructional design methodologies.
• Developing and maintaining assigned curriculum while managing multiple concurrent projects to ensure comprehensive training.
• Coordinating the authoring of new and updated training course content, ensuring technical accuracy by liaising cross-functionally.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma; a 2 or 4-year degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Bring several years of experience as an automotive technician, with a deep understanding of automotive technology, systems, and diagnostics.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely.
