About Us:
Join our client’s team, a leader in precision machining serving Waxahachie, TX. We specialize in producing high-quality metal parts and tools using state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Our commitment to excellence and innovation drives us to seek talented individuals who share our passion for precision engineering.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC machines such as Haas VF-4 & VF-4SS to produce precision components. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tools, and perform quality checks to ensure all parts meet our stringent quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) to fabricate precision parts.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to understand specifications and tolerances.

Select and set up tools, attachments, and fixtures according to job requirements.

Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

Troubleshoot machine, tooling, or programming issues as they arise.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to optimize machining processes.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in CNC programming (G-code) and setup.

Familiarity with milling, turning, and grinding processes.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.

Solid understanding of machining safety protocols.
