What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Coaching safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met through standardized work while monitoring Andon occurrences.
• Utilizing process confirmation to verify that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and coaching problem resolution to the lowest level.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED and possess safety experience along with Six Sigma certification (Black or Green Belt).
• Bring knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and prior experience managing a unionized workforce.
• Are able to multitask and work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism in challenging situations.
