Overview:
St. Gobain is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Technical Operator to join its manufacturing team producing StoneFacade. This role requires hands-on work in a dynamic, high-visibility production environment. Operators will engage in multiple areas, including material handling, machine operation, and minor maintenance, playing a critical role in overall plant efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities:

Operate production and packaging machinery safely and efficiently
-
Perform forklift operations and material handling
-
Conduct basic machine maintenance and care
-
Assist in quality control inspections
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts

Follow all site safety procedures, including PPE (steel toe shoes, long sleeves)
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
-
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Trade school or related technical training preferred
-
Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments
-
Ability to work in loud, dusty environments and lift materials as needed

Willingness to work overtime and adapt to rotating shifts
