Job Title: Machine Operator
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a dependable Machine Operator to join our production team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain machinery, monitor production output, and ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate production machines according to specifications

Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning

Inspect finished products for defects and adherence to quality standards

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

Troubleshoot minor issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors

Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus

Ability to read and understand technical manuals or blueprints

Physically able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 2nd shift
