Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$23-25 per hour based on experience

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
- Duration: Approximately 4-5 months
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Location: Onsite
What’s a Typical Day as an Accounts Receivable Processor? You’ll Be:
- Processing and recording incoming payments accurately and promptly.
- Reconciling payments with open invoices and ensuring correct application.
- Building and fostering strong relationships with customers for seamless payment processing.
- Managing the aging of accounts receivable and taking steps to follow up on overdue payments.
This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit if You:
- Have a high school diploma; prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable role.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an understanding of ERP-based accounting systems like Syspro.
- Excel in problem-solving and have effective communication skills.
