Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.05hr

Job Overview:
The role involves preparing electronic components or circuit boards for conformal coating by masking areas that should not be coated. This is typically done using tape, latex, or other materials. The position supports the conformal coating process used to protect electronic assemblies from moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply masking materials to designated areas of circuit boards or assemblies.
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Work with precision and care, using good manual dexterity.
- Adhere to safety protocols when working near chemical substances (limited exposure).
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
Requirements:
- Good manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions in English (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in environments where chemicals are present.
- Must pass a vision screening.
- Experience with Circuit Boards strongly preferred.
