Pay: $26–$28 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our client in the consumer products industry is seeking a skilled EDI / Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Waco, TX. This role supports order management, customer communication, and EDI process troubleshooting in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Answer incoming customer calls and assist with order entry, order acknowledgments, and product inquiries

Provide support to international factors and outside sales representatives

Resolve EDI-related issues and respond to electronic order processing inquiries

Handle customer complaints: document, coordinate internal resolution, and follow up with customers

Process customer orders: verify pricing, release to warehouse, coordinate shipments, manage credit card orders, and issue confirmations

Maintain and update customer records and backorder reports

Support inventory counts and assist with additional projects as assigned
Why You’d Be a Great Fit:

3–5 years of call center customer service experience

Strong knowledge of B2B and EDI processes and troubleshooting

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Proficient typing and intermediate computer skills
