$21.45/hr

What’s a typical day as a Part Time Department Specialist? You’ll be:
– Generating and distributing standard and ad hoc payroll reports for partner teams, including subpoenas and finance requests.
– Administering mail by opening, scanning, and routing documents efficiently.
– Completing employment verifications and assisting with overpayments.
– Managing historical correction entries for time tracking and unemployment management.
– Handling monthly tax and garnishment reconciliation and payroll accrual reporting.
– Supporting HRCentral ticket management, including Stop Pay and Tax Form Management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably in HR or payroll.
– Possess strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
– Demonstrate excellent organization skills and the ability to work independently.
– Are a student or have a background in HR/Payroll business experience (nice to have).
