Position Overview:

Manufacturing Maintenance Lead

  • Pay Range: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

  • This role does not include management of staff but signifies a higher level of authority and responsibility within the maintenance team.

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

  • Pay Range: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour

  • This position involves hands-on maintenance tasks without management responsibilities.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, software, electrical, and pneumatic systems using manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Repair CNC machinery to ensure smooth operations.

  • Develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance System (PMS), manage parts orders, and coordinate with suppliers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in industrial maintenance with a knack for problem-solving.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.

  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
