Job details
Title – Graphic Designer
Location – Troy, NY
Pay Rate – $17-19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Assist with design projects, including creating graphic elements, editing images, and building layouts.
- Design visual content for logos, banners, marketing materials, and social media.
- Follow design briefs and collaborate with senior designers and team leads.
- Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to complete projects.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and customers.
- Assist in screen printing production, including setup, printing, and clean-up.
- Help package finished products for shipment or retail.
- Ensure quality control throughout the design and production process.
- Support general shop duties as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Basic understanding of design principles color theory, typography, layout, composition.
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and help in various aspects of production screen printing, packaging.
