Job Title: Logistics Customer Support – Reverse Logistics Inventory
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule:: 8 AM – 5 PM)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Administrator to support our Reverse Logistics team. This role involves managing damaged and defective product inventory, obtaining vendor approvals, and coordinating returns. While not customer-facing, this position requires strong internal communication with departments such as Sales and Product Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reverse logistics for damaged or defective products
- Obtain approval from vendors and coordinate product returns
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Product Management)
- Perform accurate data entry and manage inventory records
- Utilize Excel and toggle between multiple software platforms
- Respond to internal service requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- 50+ WPM typing speed
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Able to multitask and switch between systems/screens efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Ideal Candidate:
- Enjoys working in a cohesive, team-driven environment
- Has prior experience in logistics, inventory control, or administrative support
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
